北京明電電氣設(shè)備有限公司Round and Line Engineering Company 成立2000年元月由臺(tái)灣集安電工有限公司獨(dú)資投資於北京設(shè)廠,初期三年主要針對(duì)電子工業(yè)電鍍濕製程設(shè)備與電機(jī)元件服務(wù)與電機(jī)元件供應(yīng),並代理義大利VISAM振動(dòng)馬達(dá),美國(guó)Process Tech加熱器與溫度產(chǎn)品,與銷售德國(guó)pe整流器.
2003年起,第四年起, 針對(duì)PCB電鍍工業(yè)設(shè)廠生產(chǎn)微型電機(jī),其中有關(guān)振動(dòng)馬達(dá)製作,電壓由24V~415V. 50Hz/60Hz,1PH或3PH,轉(zhuǎn)速1800或3600,功率由5W至180W之範(fàn)圍, 另在2008年起我公司開(kāi)始生產(chǎn)42W,120W高速電機(jī),..等另外電氣控制方面製造電機(jī)故障偵測(cè)器(並已獲得臺(tái)灣與大陸方面專利),適合各類電機(jī)使用. 為了擴(kuò)大為電子工業(yè),自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域,我們亦開(kāi)發(fā)40w,60w,90w電磁馬達(dá)可逆電機(jī)電機(jī)運(yùn)用在自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域,粉體工業(yè)
我公司之電機(jī),於2003年取得3C認(rèn)證,工廠於2005年取得ISO9001管理認(rèn)證. 2006年全系列微型振動(dòng)馬達(dá)獲得CE認(rèn)證.產(chǎn)品獲得國(guó)內(nèi)各大廠認(rèn)同如pal, PAT…等. 出口實(shí)績(jī)包括韓國(guó),臺(tái)灣,新加坡,歐美與德國(guó)各地廠商.

Round &Line Engineering established in Dec 1999 and invested by a Taiwan company. In the first 3 years the major business are focus on electronic products such as rectifiers of pe from Germany, heaters of Process Technology from USA, Vibrators and conveyor of Martin Engineering fromUSA.
We are activated in vibration territory since 92 and accumulated full experience among steel, power station, cement, concrete, paper, chemical and food industry in Taiwan.
In earlier period we are aimed at PCB market here so we are manufactured micro vibration motors in 2004 and than we have already develop versatile vibrators which includes 24V to 415V 50Hz/60Hz single phase and three phase 26W to 180W. Up-now in order to enlarge service more customer our activated not only limit in PCB market but successful go to powder territory for bin / hopper evacuation, feeding and screening market in past 2 years. During this period our company also develop motor protection detector that’s suit for the coil motors use, the other is developing speed adjust vibrators motor. In other hand we are also awarded ISO 9001-2000 and 3C approval in 2003, and awarded CE approval in 2005.
Up-now In order to strong our position more talent people join our R&D group that already organized some Doctor grade Engineering and several professional electronic Engineering in our company.
